Since our foundation in 1957, Daekeum has been grown based upon various manufacturing experiences in the heavy industrial machinery sector. As there were many challenges and difficulties in our ways, we have managed to grow steadily by finding key opportunities and by overcoming major risks each time. In 1991, we developed and launched automatic tire washer in roll type system first in Korea. It helps to reduce a cloud of dust and a lot of dirt for clean air and to minimize further damages on the pavement road with clean tires. We have supplied over four thousand systems in both domestic and overseas markets. For the best service, we have kept our own nation-wide A/S networks to support our customers at their sites. Furthermore, we have been providing before-the-sales consultation, after-sale service, and regular check-ups for preventative maintenance to create more value for our customers.
In 1999, we developed and supplied diaphragm type braking system first to Korean Railroad Company. This new system contributes toward the upgrade of Korean rail safety and service. This success made Daekeum leap further.
In 2004, Daekeum was introduced to be the No. 1 company to manufacture the best bushing products for heavy construction equipment all over the world. Our customers have proved our high quality and reliability. As a result, we have successfully developed the next generation FM-Bushing. We are not satisfying with our success so far and will continue to invest heavily in our R&D.
